How does it work?
1. Your company will set up a Wellbeing Challenge with us
2. Download the webapp
3. We will give you a code to join YOUR challenge
4. Complete your profile
5. Create or join a team
6. Choose your character by clicking on the menu button then preferences
7. Complete the wellbeing activities
8. Enter what you did into the webapp and watch your character get happier
9. The more activities you do, the higher you will be in the leaderboard and the happier and healthier you will become!
10. Each week, the points go back to zero and you have another shot at beating your teammates

You can choose from the selection of activities to do. There is something for everyone. Dont feel like you need to do everything! Each week a new set of activities will be released. Record what you did in the Web App.
The act of noticing and writing down what you do will help your wellbeing and helps you to be accountable to yourself.
Complete as many activities as you can and earn points on the leaderboard which will record your individual and team result.

Each week, we will announce the leaders and give out spot prizes for those doing extraordinary things!
